What You Need to Know
Documents Required for Umrah Visa
A passport that is valid for at least 7 months from the date of flight
Guests who make reservations for our Umrah programs must submit their passports at the time of registration or at least 25 days before the flight.
Requirements for Passport Application:
- ✔️ Appointments must be made through the internet site https://randevu.nvi.gov.tr or via the Call Center (Alo 199).
- ✔️ Turkish ID card, identity booklet, or temporary identity document,
- ✔️ One biometric photo taken in the last six months,
- ✔️ Payment of the passport book and fee before application (Payment information is viewed through the system, so there is no need to request a receipt/voucher at the time of application).
- ✔️ For students applying for a fee-exempt passport; "Student Document" (If the student's status is verified in the system at the time of application, the document will not be requested).
- ✔️ For passport applications for children under 18, parents must be present together.

🕋 10-Day Economic Umrah Tour Program
🗓 Day 1 – Istanbul Airport → Mecca
- Meeting at Istanbul Airport and pre-flight meeting with the tour guide
- Flight to Mecca
- Arrival in Mecca and transfer to the hotel
- Check-in to the hotel and free time
- Evening: First visit to the Kaaba and night prayer
- Performing Umrah in Ihram (tawaf and sa'y)
🗓 Day 2 – Mecca Visits and Surrounding Tours
- Morning: Morning prayer at the Kaaba
- Guided tour of the surroundings of Mecca:
- Mount Arafat
- Mina
- Muzdalifah
- Cave of Hira (optional ascent)
- Cave of Thaur (viewed from a distance)
- Evening: Worship at Masjid al-Haram
🗓 Day 3 – Circumambulation Umrah
- Morning: Departure to the Circumambulation Mikat
- Circumambulation Umrah: Wearing Ihram and performing Umrah from the Circumambulation Mikat (tawaf, sa'y, and shaving)
- After the evening prayer, free worship in Mecca
- Night: Dua and worship at the Kaaba in Mecca
🗓 Day 4 – Free Day in Mecca
- Free time or personal worship
- For those who wish, shopping in Mecca or worship
- Evening prayer and night prayer at the Kaaba
🗓 Day 5 – Hudaybiyyah Umrah
- Early morning departure to Hudaybiyyah
- Hudaybiyyah Umrah: Performing Umrah from Hudaybiyyah Mikat in Ihram
- After the evening prayer, return to Mecca and visit mosques in Mecca
- Night prayer and dua
🗓 Day 6 – Free Day in Mecca
- Free worship: Tawaf and dua at the Kaaba
- For those who wish, tours in Mecca
- Night prayer: Night prayer at Masjid al-Haram
🗓 Day 7 – Journey from Mecca to Medina
- After breakfast, departure to Medina (approximately 5-6 hours by bus)
- Arrival in Medina, transfer to the hotel and check-in
- First visit in Medina: Going to Masjid al-Nabawi for dua and worship
- After the evening prayer, worship at Masjid al-Nabawi

- After the morning prayer, with a guide:
